Writing is a lost art. Writing is a powerful way to manifest. Your Souls Journal was designed with meditation, affirmations and manifestations in mind. There are plenty of places to do your journaling and to keep track of what you feel are important aspects of your life. When using your Souls Journal: • Take the time, at the beginning of the week, to meditate on “What This Week is About”. These are important messages that fuel your core and help to inspire the start of your week. • Each day begin your Self-Care Routine. Check off what you’ve done. Be honest with yourself. This is your journal. The reason you may be feeling off centered during the week can best be summed up by going back and checking what you’ve done. Improve upon yourself by doing more for yourself. • Take Notes for yourself each day on things that you found to be of interest. • Take the time at the end of each week to Journal how you’re feeling. • Every day is important.
